Refund Policy

Each order placed is a legally enforceable contract. If you as a customer fail to pick up your order within the pick-up window (as stated on the customer’s order confirmation), you will be obligated to pay for the order, and your card will be charged.

If a vendor fails to deliver an ordered item or an item is damaged beyond superficial blemishes, the customer will be notified during pick up and will not be responsible for the cost of the item. Once the customer receives their order and leaves the premises, the order is considered complete and there will be no refunds.

The customer understands that each vendor selling through Market To-Go is their own private business and is responsible for the pricing, description, and delivery of goods sold. The customer understands that products sold through Market To-Go are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Products may be described inaccurately or be unavailable at any time and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of completeness of any information found on the Service.
