Chicken, Whole

Whole chicken, processed this fall and frozen after processing. They are kept on pasture and moved to fresh grass daily. They receive supplemental feed along with an organic mineral supplement and apple cider vinegar in their water for overall health. These are great for roasting whole and they are extremely moist. This is a Freedom Ranger chicken, not a conventional Cornish Cross.
